18th International Wheelset Congress

The International Wheelset Congress (IWC) was founded by Lucchini in 1963 and is a brand which is owned and managed by Union of European Railway Industries  (UNIFE) on behalf of European Railway Wheelset Association (ERWA). The IWC is the most influential technical exchange event in the wheelset world, it covers many topics and gathers railway operators, equipment manufacturers and engineers from all over the globe.

The 18^th IWC will be held in Chengdu, China and will provide a platform for everyone working on railway wheel set components with specific interest in their design, manufacture, operation, maintenance and efficiency. We are confident that we will provide a deeper understanding of China’s railway development and market prospects.
