36th Conference of the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (CAFEO 36)

The engineering conference of the year for Singapore will take place in November.  Join ASEAN’s engineering community to exchange knowledge and create solutions to drive the region’s growth.

Hosted by The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), the 36^th edition of CAFEO will focus on “Engineering Rail Connectivity” and “Fostering Excellence in Engineering Education”. This exclusive gathering of engineering professionals follows the adoption of the Master Plan on ASEAN Connectivity 2025 by ASEAN leaders in September 2016.

IES has joined forces with SMRT Corporation to organise the Singapore Rail Technology Conference (SRTC) and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) to hold the ASEAN Engineering Deans Summit (AEDS), in association with the Land Transport Authority. The conferences will comprise keynotes, case study presentations and panel discussions with Q&A to uncover lessons, challenges and opportunities in these fields.

Join more than 1,000 engineering professionals from various sectors and disciplines from close to 30 countries to build an innovative and resilient ASEAN through engineering.
