Following 4 successful editions, Europoint will launch the 5th International Rail Technology Conferences from 17 – 19 November in Paris, France.

The interface of wheel and rail in railway operations is a dynamic and complex area. Scientific studies and technological developments are continuously trying to improve the performance of both systems and to reduce side effects such as noise and vibrations. This task becomes even more complex when considering the influences of more sensitive track structures such as switches. Because of the environment issues involved in the various railway networks has more and more attention for the long term sustainability.
