A year and a half before its debut in September 2027, InnoTrans Asia is already proving very popular. About a third of the exhibition space in Singapore is already fully booked. The exhibitor lineup is highly international.

Positive interim results for InnoTrans Asia: About a year and a half before the premiere in Singapore (September 7 – 9, 2027), roughly 30% of the exhibition space is fully booked. Exhibitors from 30 countries have registered for the new trade fair for the mobility industry in the Asia-Pacific region. This development underscores the high international relevance and appeal of the new format, which is intended to complement InnoTrans, the world’s leading trade fair for transport technology.

“We are delighted with the extremely promising start of InnoTrans Asia”, says Kai Mangelberger, Head of the Mobility Division at Messe Berlin: “A good six months after signing the contract in Singapore and, not least, now at BUS2BUS in Berlin, we are sensing great interest from both established and new partners. Having so many exhibitors on board at such an early stage is generating great anticipation for the coming months.”

Joint Pavilions also by international industry associations

Leading industry players such as Continental, HARTING Singapore Pte Ltd, Vossloh AG, and Bozankaya have already confirmed their participation. The international lineup is complemented by official national pavilions from Japan, Spain, Australia, and Switzerland.

Companies from Germany also have the opportunity to participate in a national joint booth. This is being organized with the support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy in cooperation with AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry. The goal is to offer German companies a strong platform for market entry and networking in the dynamic growth region of Asia. In addition, Berlin and Brandenburg are also planning a partner pavilion.

BUS2BUS ZONE Makes Its Debut at InnoTrans Asia

InnoTrans Asia made its debut as an event at BUS2BUS in Berlin and attracted keen interest among trade visitors and other exhibitors. Buses will also play an important role at InnoTrans Asia. With the BUS2BUS ZONE in the Public Transport segment, Messe Berlin is responding specifically to the high regional demand for buses and comprehensive mobility solutions in local public transport.

At the anniversary edition of InnoTrans, taking place September 22 – 25, 2026 in Berlin, the team from Singapore will be providing information about InnoTrans Asia and the early bird rate at its own prominently located booth.
